New Year New Gear!

As with the new all catchy titles you can take it which ever way you want !

The bling one got for Christmas or a change of pace in life style!

At The Lone Barn we are all about life style choices offering right choice for customers and ourselves ! We certainly had no idea how popular the Lone Barn would be last year and we kind of burnt ourselves out at the end of the year as we were taken along with the tide!! We have therefore had a little re think - which is never a bad thing. Change is good as they say!

What an amazing 2019 year we had - we could never have foreseen the ever increasing popularity of our Pop up coffee stops - Thank you to everyone who came, enjoyed and spread the word, and for those who came back month after month. Our next scheduled Pop up coffee Stop is 21st 22nd 23rd of February, open 9 - 4. After our February pop up we will be heading off piste and having future pop-ups popping up as and when !Perhaps simply for a day and no fixed weekend. Lets see how this will work for us and you in 2020.

As always at the beginning of the year we’ve had a flurry of enquiries for our Stables holiday cottage, and our sumptuous Bed & Breakfast stays!

The key dates in the area are popular as ever. If you live in the area and need some additional accommodation for your friends and family - or want to head to Hampshire for a stay in 2020 (As is the year to visit ) - Check out our availability and treat yourself to a stay at Lone Barn - you'll be surprised at how much there is to do here.

WOW - so 2019 was also super crazy with workshops from photography to flowers - textiles to woodwork and not forgetting the Christmas wreaths. Once again a massive THANK YOU to all those who came along, released your creativity, learnt a new skill and simply had a retreat away from the rush of your normal week. We had private gatherings, corporate days, and walking groups too. If you want to have a day in the barn simply contact us and we can say yay or nay as to whether we can help you.

We are working on a couple of workshops for Spring/Summer but there is already one you can book now its on Sunday 3rd May a Creative Textiles day with Sewcreative Petersfield they’re always a fun and popular event so please book early to avoid disappointment (link for more info.)

There is so much you can do on the day and with the expert guidance of Jo and her amazing team you will be sure to create something simply wonderful at the same time having some time out for you.

Our chosen charity for 2019 was Young minds UK and you helped us to raise a whopping £1140 a BIG thank you to everyone that helped us do so!

We need a new charity to support this year and again would like to chose a Mental Health charity - do you have a favourite if so please contact us by email/instagram/text - we shall look at all the suggestions and make a choice.
